Can Claude host a website?

Only as a link on claude.ai, which cannot carry your own domain name. To put a Claude-made site on a real address, give Claude Code one line, or add DashPloy to the Claude app as a connector. Claude then publishes the site here itself, and you never upload a file.

Nothing to install and no code to paste — you add the address, sign in once, and press Connect. After that Claude writes your website in the conversation and publishes it without you leaving the chat.

Only as a link on claude.ai, which is Claude’s address rather than yours and cannot carry your own domain name. A browser tab cannot send the site to us either. Adding DashPloy as a connector is the shortest fix, because nothing gets installed.

Describe your website

Say what you want in ordinary words. Claude builds it, publishes it and gives you the address. If anything fails, it is told exactly what to fix, and fixes it.

Which Claude can publish my website?
Claude Code (needs a paid plan) and Claude with DashPloy added as a connector (needs a paid plan) can publish here. Claude in a browser cannot send a site here on its own.
Can I put a Claude artifact on my own domain?
Not from claude.ai, where a published artifact stays on a claude.ai link. Ask Claude for the artifact’s files, then publish them with Claude Code or a Claude connector: the same page goes online here, and your own domain name can point at it.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on every plan. The free plan includes 1 custom domain, so a name you already own can point at your site without paying anything. Every site also gets a free address ending in .dashploy.app the moment it is published.
Is hosting a Claude website free?
Yes. The free plan never expires and needs no card: 2 websites, 100,000 requests a month and 1 custom domain. What the assistant costs is separate: claude Code and connectors come with the paid Claude plans.
What happens to my site if I stop using Claude?
Nothing. The site is hosted here, not inside Claude, so it stays online whichever assistant you choose next, and any assistant that can publish here can change it.
